Perimeter and Area

Perimeter and area are two different things. One you measure the outside of an object, the other you measure the inside of an object. How do I remember which one is which you may ask? Well it's simple! For perimeter I just think of the perimeter highway around Winnipeg and I remember that it goes around Winnipeg not inside. And for area I just remember that its the exact opposite.
